Return Policy

Returns
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition (please include the tracking number with your return). Once we receive the goods, we'll refund your purchase price in full. All returns must be registered through our customer service team before being sent back.

I've Received a Faulty Item
If you've received a faulty item, please contact our support team straight away with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description of the fault
  • Photo evidence

If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please take a photo immediately and send it directly to our customer service team. Claims for damaged parcels must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Without documented evidence confirmed by a member of our support team, we're unable to issue a refund, store credit, or replacement.

I've Received the Wrong Item
If you've received the wrong item, please get in touch with our support team right away and provide the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive
  • The name of the item you did receive
  • A photo of the item you received

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we're unable to process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning your original product and placing a new order for the correct one.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives faulty, was damaged in transit, or is otherwise defective, return shipping costs are on us — no out-of-pocket expense for you.

Change of Mind Returns
If you've ordered the wrong product, it's not quite the right fit, or you've simply changed your mind, the cost of return shipping and any return documentation is the responsibility of the customer.
