Unfortunately, we're unable to process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning your original product to us and placing a new order for the correct one.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your product arrives faulty, was damaged in transit, or is otherwise defective, return shipping costs are on us — no out-of-pocket expense for you.

Change of Mind Returns:

If you've ordered the wrong product, it's not quite the right fit, or you've simply changed your mind, the cost of return shipping and any return documentation is the responsibility of the customer.
